Dan Capper is an experienced Surgical Manager with a diverse background spanning clinical operations, healthcare strategy, and education. With a foundation as an Operating Department Practitioner and a degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceuticals from Manchester Metropolitan University, Dan brings both clinical insight and analytical thinking to his role at Hale Private Clinic.
His leadership experience includes founding health-focused ventures such as BroMetrics and serving as Director of Services at Mesa Education. Dan is passionate about delivering seamless surgical pathways, enhancing patient experiences, and supporting clinical teams to maintain the highest standards of care.
With a skill set that includes strategic planning, project management, and public speaking, Dan plays a key role in shaping efficient, patient-centred surgical services at Hale.
Kathy Drogan is a highly experienced Specialist Nurse with over 35 years of clinical and managerial experience across the NHS and private sector. Her background spans primary and secondary care, as well as practice nursing, where she has consistently delivered high-quality patient care across a wide range of settings.
Kathy’s career includes roles as a senior nurse, scrub and recovery nurse, clinic nurse, and travel health specialist. She was also a partner in her own travel vaccination centre, bringing both clinical and leadership expertise to her work. Her contributions during the COVID-19 vaccination programme further highlight her adaptability and commitment to public health.
Alongside her practical experience, Kathy has undertaken extensive professional development, including qualifications in diabetes care, high dependency nursing, travel medicine, and laser treatments. She is also trained in emergency response, intravenous administration, and venepuncture.
Kathy’s breadth of knowledge, compassionate approach, and strong clinical background make her a valued member of the team at Hale Private Clinic.
Sharon Iredale is an experienced Assistant Practitioner and Healthcare Assistant with over 18 years of hands-on clinical experience, primarily in theatre settings. Her expertise spans multiple surgical specialties, with a strong foundation in scrub work, including her time as a Band 4 Scrub Practitioner at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust – Wythenshawe.
Sharon has also worked in the private sector, including two years at Transform, where she supported cosmetic procedures and trained new team members. Her career has included both surgical and patient-facing roles, making her a versatile and compassionate member of the clinical team. She is equally comfortable assisting in theatre or supporting patients on the ward and front of house.
Known for her calm, caring approach and excellent organisational skills, Sharon is passionate about delivering safe, patient-focused care. Now based in Altrincham and returning to full-time practice, she brings dedication and a wealth of knowledge to her role at Hale Private Clinic.
Londie is a highly skilled and dedicated scrub nurse with extensive experience across a wide range of surgical specialities. She has supported major procedures in general surgery, urology, plastics, maxillofacial, ENT, neurosurgery, vascular, orthopaedics, and gynaecology—often in high-pressure emergency theatre settings.
With a BSc in Adult Nursing and over a decade in healthcare, Londie brings both technical expertise and calm professionalism to every procedure. Her background also includes dental nursing and healthcare assistant roles, reinforcing her all-round clinical capability. Passionate about patient care and surgical safety, Londie is an integral part of the theatre team at Hale Private Clinic.
