Dr. Vikas Gulia
Medical Director
As Medical Director at Hale Private Clinic and KP Aesthetics, Dr. Vikas Gulia oversees all aspects of our surgical and non-surgical medical services. His role is to ensure that every patient receives safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care at every stage of their journey — from consultation and treatment through to aftercare.
With extensive expertise in clinical governance, Dr. Gulia leads on developing robust protocols, monitoring patient outcomes, and driving continuous improvement across our teams. He works closely with our surgeons, aesthetic practitioners, nurses, and support staff, providing leadership, guidance, and ongoing training to uphold the highest standards of practice.
Dr. Gulia also plays a key role in ensuring our clinics meet and exceed all regulatory requirements, working hand-in-hand with our management team to maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for every patient.
Through his commitment to clinical excellence in both surgical and non-surgical treatments, Dr. Gulia supports our mission to deliver exceptional results and outstanding patient experiences.
Dan Capper
Head of Clinical Services
Dan Capper is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in clinical operations, business strategy, and regulatory compliance. As Head of Clinical Services at Hale Private Clinic, Dan oversees theatres, wards, and outpatient pathways, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centred delivery across a wide range of surgical specialties.
Before joining Hale, Dan served as Commercial Director of a national specialised medical recruitment agency and insourcing company, where he developed large-scale NHS and private sector partnerships, built high-performing teams, and delivered complex clinical service contracts across the UK.
With a foundation as an Operating Department Practitioner and over a decade of frontline experience, Dan combines hands-on clinical expertise with a strong commercial background. He has a proven track record in CQC governance, service development, and financial management, consistently driving improvements in both patient outcomes and organisational performance.
Dan’s leadership is defined by his focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, and building sustainable healthcare models that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation.
DAN COWSILL
Surgical Manager & ODP
Dan brings years of experience as an ODP to ensure the clinic’s surgical and clinical excellence.
His dual role at Hale Private Clinic allows him to meticulously oversee the clinic’s operations, setting the benchmark for the highest standards of surgical practices.
As the lead Advanced Life Support (ALS) provider for KP Aesthetics and Hale Private Clinic, Dan is dedicated to ensuring patient safety is of utmost priority and that they receive the highest standards of care.
Noni Zinyemba
Ward Sister
With over 22 years of nursing experience, Noni is a highly skilled Ward Sister who specialises in surgical care. Her diverse background spans NHS and private healthcare settings, including leading roles at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London, EMI Circle Group, Transform, Pall Mall Medical, and Manchester Private Hospital.
At Hale Private Clinic, Noni plays a key role in the patient journey, providing expert care before and after surgery. She conducts pre-operative assessments, welcomes patients on admission, and ensures smooth recovery by managing suture removal and wound care post-operatively.
Noni has also worked in district nursing, NHS Direct, DWP assessment services, and triage – giving her a broad and well-rounded clinical perspective. Her commitment to clinical excellence is matched by her leadership in maintaining high standards across the ward, particularly in ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines.
Calm, compassionate, and experienced, Noni is a trusted presence for patients and colleagues alike.
Sharon Iredale
assistant practioner/hca
Sharon Iredale is an experienced Assistant Practitioner and Healthcare Assistant with over 18 years of hands-on clinical experience, primarily in theatre settings. Her expertise spans multiple surgical specialties, with a strong foundation in scrub work, including her time as a Band 4 Scrub Practitioner at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust – Wythenshawe.
Sharon has also worked in the private sector, including two years at Transform, where she supported cosmetic procedures and trained new team members. Her career has included both surgical and patient-facing roles, making her a versatile and compassionate member of the clinical team. She is equally comfortable assisting in theatre or supporting patients on the ward and front of house.
Known for her calm, caring approach and excellent organisational skills, Sharon is passionate about delivering safe, patient-focused care. Now based in Altrincham and returning to full-time practice, she brings dedication and a wealth of knowledge to her role at Hale Private Clinic.
LONDIE MKHWANAZI
SCRUB NURSE
Londie is a highly skilled and dedicated scrub nurse with extensive experience across a wide range of surgical specialities. She has supported major procedures in general surgery, urology, plastics, maxillofacial, ENT, neurosurgery, vascular, orthopaedics, and gynaecology—often in high-pressure emergency theatre settings.
With a BSc in Adult Nursing and over a decade in healthcare, Londie brings both technical expertise and calm professionalism to every procedure. Her background also includes dental nursing and healthcare assistant roles, reinforcing her all-round clinical capability. Passionate about patient care and surgical safety, Londie is an integral part of the theatre team at Hale Private Clinic.
